BFP's Plan Administrators are assigned overall responsibility for you and your plan(s) providing accurate continuity and responsiveness. This responsibility encourages relationship building with other departments and helps identify inconsistencies in the plan's data.

Attention to Detail
Care is taken to understand a plan from start to finish. Questions are asked and nuances identified to ensure that BFP's administration is accurate and in accordance with the governing plan document.

Department Liaisons
BFP Plan Administrators develop relationships across multiple departments including Human Resources, Finance, and IT. These cross-department interactions often provide opportunities for BFP to synchronize the needs of these areas to ensure that everyone is working from the same set of understandings to support accurate outcomes.

Conversion Specialists
The administration of a plan, "in theory" as opposed to "in practice," is often not the same. In taking over the administration of a plan from another record-keeper, BFP reviews conversion data in light of the plan rules to identify any inconsistencies. Identification of potential issues while the prior record-keeper is still available allows problems to be corrected and historical context to be shared.
